1. Vide order dated 02.11.2017, notices were issued to petitioners to engage another counsel, which were sent by registered post on 05.03.2018. In respect of petitioner 1/1 and 1/2, neither undelivered notice has been received back nor anyone has appeared; in respect to petitioner 2, notice has been received back with postal endorsement that addressee has died; and in respect of petitioner 3, notice has been received back with postal endorsement that there is no such address and address of receiver is unknown. No one has appeared for the petitioners to press this writ petition though the case has been called in revise.
2. In view thereof, writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution as well as having abated.
3. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
