When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioners from 09-10-2014 to 20-10-2014, as a result of which the matter was directed to be listed under the caption “for dismissal” to today. Even today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners though the matter is listed under the caption “for dismissal”, indicating that the petitioners are not diligent in pursuing the matter, and hence, this court is left with no other option except to dismiss the revision petition for default.
2. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, it is made clear that since the suit is of the year 2006, the Court below shall make every endeavour to dispose of the suit, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
