Learned counsel, Mr.P.M.Dave, appearing for the respondents waive service. Pending main Special Civil Application No.3883 of 2010, which is admitted and unlikely to be heard for final disposal in the near future, the applicants have prayed for permission to promote eligible employees including the present respondents to full up existent vacancies and such vacancies as may arise in the year 2012 due to retirement of existing employees in the clerical category with the clear stipulation that all such promotions shall be subject to the outcome of Special Civil Application No.3883 of 2010. Learned counsel for the respondents having no objection to the relief being granted, the application is allowed in aforesaid terms. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
