1. The petitioner seeks exemption with retrospective effect from the requirement under Section 31 of the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Act 1972.
2. The Court has not issued Notice however the respondent was asked to place relevant material on record for examining and testing the relief prayed for by the petitioner.
3. Learned AGP has submitted that the material has been supplied to the learned advocate for the petitioner, under affidavit of competent officer.
4. When the petition is called out and taken up for hearing learned advocate for the petitioner is not present however on his behalf learned AGP has requested for adjournment, hence, S.O. to 19.6.2012.
