JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The present Civil Application has been preferred by the applicant herein
- original respondent No.1 for vacating ex-parte ad-interim relief granted by this Court in Civil Revision Application No.100 of 2011.
2. Having heard learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and considering the fact that there are disputed question of facts with respect to refusal to accept Notice issued by this Court as stated in the Affidavit filed by the original petitioner, it appears to the Court that interest of justice would be served, if the main Civil Revision Application is fixed for final hearing at the earliest.
3. Learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties have no objection if main Civil Revision Application is fixed for final hearing at the earliest.
4. Under the circumstances and without entering into the merits of the case, allegations and counter-allegations and with the consent of learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties, Registry is directed to notify Civil Revision Application No.100 of 2011 for final hearing on 5th July,2012.
With this, the present Civil Application is disposed of.
