1. RULE.
Mr. Y.V. Waghela, learned advocate for Mr. P.S. Champaneri waives service of Rule on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 13 and Ms. Asmita Patel, learned AGP waives service of Rule on behalf of respondent Nos.14 to 16.
2. Considering the prayers prayed for in the present application and the issue involved in the present application, this application is taken up for final disposal forthwith.
3. By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for being joined as party respondent in the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.6857 of 2011.
4. Considering the averments made and no objection being raised by both the learned advocates appearing for the respective respondents, the application deserves to be accepted. The applicant is permitted to be joined as party respondent at his own cost. Registry is directed to amend the cause title accordingly.
5. Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms.
