In response to earlier direction, learned AGP has placed on record communication dated 25.10.2012 made by sub-registrar. Learned AGP has also placed on record the circular dated 21.9.2010.
In view of the said circular and in view of the pendency of the proceedings in Trial Court it is submitted by learned AGP that the documents in question are retained and registration has been differed until further verification is completed.
Learned AGP shall ensure that an affidavit stating the details and placing on record the said communication and circular is filed on or before next date of hearing.
At the request of learned advocate for the petitioners who has been served with the copies of the said communication dated 25.10.2012 and the circular dated 21.9.2010 and wants to file reply dealing with the said circular and communication, the proceedings are adjourned to 8.11.2012.
