Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the competent authority i.e. District Development Officer, Rajkot.
Permission, as sought for, is granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
If the petitioner is desirous to file any such application, as aforesaid, the District Development Officer, Rajkot shall consider the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
It would be open for the petitioner to raise the same contentions that are raised in this petition before the District Development Officer, Rajkot.
