1. The petitioner has taken out present petition on account of inaction on part of the respondents in complying the directions contained in the order dated 27.10.2009.
2. Mr.
Trivedi, learned counsel has appeared for Mr. Majmudar, learned Advocate for respondent No.2. Mr.Alkesh Shah, learned A.G.P. has appeared for respondent No.1.
3. Mr.
Trivedi submitted that the amount in question i.e. amount mentioned in the order dated 27.10.2009 will be paid to the petitioner within two weeks.
4. Having regard to the submission and also the fact that the order under which the amount is required to be paid is almost three years' old, it is directed that the respondent shall pay the amount in question to the petitioner on or before 22nd June 2012. Since the petitioner does not have any other grievance in present petition, the petition is disposed of with aforesaid clarification and direction.
