JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.
Shah, learned advocate for the applicant has made grievance that though the preliminary report is available and supplied to some of the creditors, a copy of the said report is not supplied to all secured creditors.
Therefore OL is directed to provide copy of the preliminary report to all secured creditors within two days from today i.e. on or before 30.9.2013.
At the request of Mr. Shah, learned advocate for the applicant hearing is adjourned.
