JUDGMENT / ORDER

Manjula Chellur, C.J.
Having regard to the averments in the writ petition and the fact that prior to the filing of writ petition for police protection, there was already a direction from civil court to grant protection to enforce the order of injunction with the assistance of Police, we modify paragraph 4 of the judgment dated 06.03.2014 in W.P.(C) No. 6389 OF 2014 by adding that such interference by Police could be done only in pursuance of directions of this Court or any other Court having jurisdiction.
