JUDGMENT / ORDER

Matter was called out twice. On both the occasions, request was made for passing over the matter, however, looking to existing board, the request for passing over the matter for two times is not appropriate as it would otherwise also not possible to take up the matter once the civil board is started. Therefore, the court is inclined to adjourn the matter to 21.03.2012.
