The present Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of delay of 36 days for the reasons stated in the application inter alia the financial difficulties.
Heard learned Advocate Mr. Kabir A.Hathi for the Applicant and Mrs.Suman Khare for the Respondent.
In view of the catena of judicial pronouncements of the Hon'ble Apex Court laying down the guidelines with regard to the approach in such matters, the present Civil Application deserves to be allowed and accordingly stands allowed.
Delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
