Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel, who represents the respondent nos.1, 2 and 3.
With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of.
The petitioner has prayed for issuance of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent nos.1 to 3 to take action against the respondent no.4 to 6, who according to the petitioner, have illegally encroached the public land/ Gaon Sabha Land. In this regard, the petitioner has approached the District Magistrate, Ballia vide representation dated 01.12.2018 but no action is taken so far.
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Magistrate, Ballia to proceed in the matter and take appropriate step after providing opportunity to respondent nos.4 to 5 and pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
