Father of petitioner late Hari Lal Yadav was employed as Class-
IV employee in A.D. Intermediate College Gambheerpur, Milabari District Deoria.
It is stated that the father of the petitioner died on 11.3.2017 and the claim for grant of compassionate appointment has been made by the petitioner and also by respondent no. 6, who happens to be his elder brother. Various affidavits of the family members have been filed in support of the petitioner's claim. Grievance of the petitioner is that the claim of the petitioner has not been examined, by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, so far.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the orders proposed to be passed, notices need not be issued to respondent nos. 5 & 6 and the petition stands disposed of at this stage.
Considering the facts and circumstances as noticed above, this petition stands disposed of, permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4 alongwith certified copy of this order, in respect of his grievance, as noticed above, The concerned respondent shall proceed to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, keeping in view the provisions of Regulation 103 to 110 of the Regulations framed under the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921 after considering the claim of respondent no. 6 also, by means of reasoned and speaking order, within a period of 4 months thereafter.
