A written note dated 8.2.2012 is submitted to the Registry, High Court of Gujarat to withdraw his appearance as well as the appearance of Mr. Vaibhav A.Vyas from Special Criminal Application No. 3387 of 2011 and considering the above note, Mr. Ajay Choksi and Mr. Vaibhav A. Vyas is permitted to withdraw their appearance and registry to delete their appearance from Special Criminal Application No. 3387 of 2011.
This case be placed on board after the above procedure is over and a new appearance on behalf of respondent No.4 be placed on record.
