This petition for writ is preferred to have an appropriate writ, order or direction for respondents to ensure construction of Nali and Puliya at Gata No. 110 of State Highway No. 100 in Village- Sonata.
From perusal of the documents annexed with the petition for writ, it reveals that on 12th February, 2020 the Gram Panchayat Sonata has already invited short term tenders for construction of the work aforesaid.
Once tenders have been invited and a process has already been initiated, we do not find any just reason to apprehend that the work shall not be accomplished. In such circumstances, no just reason exists to interfere in the matter by invoking powers under public interest litigation jurisdiction.
The writ petition is dismissed.
