Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Aniruddha Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 and 3 who has filed his power today.
It appears that petitioner's pay has been wrongly fixed and therefore, his pension has also been wrongly fixed. The petitioner was seasonal employee of U.P. Sugar Corporation Ltd. Unit Mohiuddinpur, District Meerut since 1986 and he was given voluntary retirement on 31.05.2011 in pursuance of the scheme floated by the corporation.
The petitioner alleges that in a similar circumstances his junior is getting more pension he has given example one Mr. Ramesh Chandra Gautam.
The petitioner has already made a representation about his grievance on 08.02.2018 to the respondent No. 2.
This writ petition is disposed off with the direction to the respondent No. 2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner said to be pending before him since 08.02.2018 in accordance with law and pass appropriate, reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
