On the last occasion, the Court had provided that the matter shall not be adjourned. Today again learned counsel for the petitioners prays for adjournment. The prayer for adjournment is refused.
The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
It shall however be open for the petitioners to seek revival of the petition in case cause of action survives.
