Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
The impugned order dated 13.7.2018 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court/Fast Track Court- II, Hamirpur, in Case No. 99 of 2016, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Rath District Hamirpur, shall remain stayed provided that applicant keeps on paying Rs.1500/- to the opposite party No.2 per month during the pendency of this revision and the applicant pays 25% of arrears amount of maintenance to the opposite party No.2 within the period of two months. In default of payment, this order shall stand automatically vacated.
Issue notice to opposite party no.2 returnable at an early date.
