This is a writ petition challenging the gradation list on the ground that the name of petitioners no.1 and 2 has not been shown in the list whereas petitioner no.3 has been shown twice in the list. All the petitioners are the Seasonal Collection Amins. The gradation list is prepared for consideration of regularization of Collection Amins.

Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is allowed one month time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within a week thereafter.
