It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that according to the gang chart the applicants are said to have been involved in three criminal cases each, in which they have already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned and the copies of the same have been annexed as annexure Nos. 3, 4 and 5 to the bail application. It is pointed out that apart from the three cases shown in the gang chart the applicants have a criminal history of one case each also, in which the applicants have been granted bail and the copies of the bail orders have been annexed as Annexure Nos. 6 and 7. to the bail application.
