This writ petition has been filed for a direction upon respondents to remit necessary documents relating to payment of 10% withheld GPF amount and to release such amount alongwith interest.
While entertaining the writ petition, learned Standing Counsel was allowed time to obtain instructions.
Sri Sharad Upadhyay, learned State Counsel has produced the instructions received from the Chief Medical Officer, Khiri, according to which the balance 10% amount of Rs.30,667/- has already been credited to the petitioner's Bank Account, and that such fact has been admitted by the petitioner. The copy of the Bank Statement has also been annexed in that regard. Copy of the instructions have been furnished to the counsel for the petitioner today in Court.
In view of what has been noticed above, this Court finds that there exists no justifiable grievance to the petitioner in the matter.
Writ petition lacks merits and is accordingly dismissed.
