Seema petitioner-1 appears before the Court. Her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded by Magistrate concerned on 18.06.2018. In her statement, she has stated that she has voluntarily married to Surendra @ Pancham petitioner no. 1.
The allegation is that in spite of the fact that her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded, police as well as Parmatma Yadav respondent no. 3 are harassing to Petitioner No. 1 Surendra @ Pancham and petitioner no. 2 Seema.
In the facts of the case, issue notice to respondent no. 3 Parmatma Yadav. All the respondents may file counter affidavit.
Till the next date of listing, Station House Officer, Shoratgarh shall ensure the protection of the petitioners from Parmatma Yadav respondent no. 3. The police shall also not harass to the petitioners in this manner.
