Heard Sri Tanay Hazari, learned Counsel for the petitioners, Sri Manish Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 and Sri Shobit Mohan Shukla, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4.
The order which is impugned in this petition dated 12.7.2019 has been withdrawn vide order dated 29.8.2019. A copy of the same has been placed before us. The same is taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition has rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
