Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondent no.2.
The petitioners have approached this Court for issuing direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur to decide Misc. Application filed by the petitioners dated 18.7.2018 for releasing the vehicle in question i.e. Truck No.U.P.45 T-6550 in favour of the registered owner namely Surendra Nath Pandey after taking royalty and penalty.
Considering the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction upon the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur to decide Misc. Application filed by the petitioners dated 18.7.2018 for releasing the vehicle in question in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
