Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By the instant writ petition, petitioner is assailing the order dated 18 March 2021, passed by the third respondent, Nagar Ayukt, Firozabad Nagar Nigam, Firozabad.
It is submitted that though the petitioner has submitted written statement/objection to the charge sheet on 28.6.2021, disciplinary proceeding is not proceeding/ Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Nigam submits that the enquiry shall be concluded expeditiously.
In view thereof, on consent, the petition is disposed of directing the Enquiry Officer to conclude the enquiry as per rules, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of copy of this order alongwith copy of the writ petition, provided, there is no other legal/administrative impediment.
It is clarified that the Court has not considered the claim of the petitioner on merits.
