Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for taking the action against the accused respondents in case crime No. 465 of 2013, under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 447 IPC, P.S. Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow.
From the perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case, it is directed that in case petitioners is having any grievance with regard to the fair investigation, the same may be raised before S.S.P. Lucknow who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
