Heard Sri J.P. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned standing counsel for respondents no.1 to 4 and Sri Nitin Chandra Mishra for respondents no.6 and 7, the main contesting respondents.
Counsel for the parties agree that while deciding Writ-C No.20223 of 2018, the order of the Prescribed Authority dated 10.5.2018 impugned herein has already been quashed. The other order impugned in the instant writ petition is the order of District Inspector of Schools dated 17.5.2018, whereby signature of respondent no.7 has been attested in pursuance of the order of the Prescribed Authority dated 10.5.2018.
Since the order of the Prescribed Authority dated 10.5.2018 has already been quashed in Writ-C No.20223 of 2018, therefore, in the opinion of the Court, the consequential order also cannot be sustained and is hereby quashed.
The writ petition is allowed.
