1. Sri Ajay Shanker, learned counsel for petitioners, after some argument when found that some documents are incomplete and there is no factual foundation in respect of issues raised in present writ petition, he seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better material.
2. Learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri V.K.S. Somvanshi, Advocate holding brief of Dr. Y.K. Singh, Advocate appearing for respondents have no objection to aforesaid request.
3. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
