In terms of the orders passed in the present case instructions were placed by the learned Standing Counsel before the Court, the same is taken on record.
Learned Standing Counsel contended that after revaluation the petitioner no.1 was declared qualified.
In view of the same, request has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to dismiss the present writ petition having become infructuous.
The writ petition is dismissed.
