By means of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction in the nature of mandamus for expeditious disposal of proceedings of Suit No.T20161231052794 pending in the Court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bareilly since 2016.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, in case, if direction is issued for time bound disposal of the suit proceedings.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bareilly to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Needless to add that the proceedings shall be conducted by the Sub Divisional Magistrate strictly complying with the procedure prescribed under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 giving full opportunity of hearing to the parties.
