Heard Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Indra Raj Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Committee as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Sri Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to have the instant writ petition dismissed as withdrawn at this stage subject to liberty being reserved to initiate appropriate proceedings pursuant to the decision that may be taken by the respondents in light of the judgment rendered by the learned Judge on 17 May 2019.
Sri Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Committee states that subsistence allowance shall be paid to the petitioner within one week.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Board states that immediately upon the receipt of a proposal from the District Inspector of Schools in accordance with the directions framed by the learned Judge, the proposal shall be attended to and disposed of in accordance with law and preferably within a period of one month therefrom.
Order accordingly.
