1. Heard Sri Ashish Srivastava, Advocate holding brief of Ms. Raj Kumari Devi, learned counsel for applicants and learned A.G.A. for State of U.P.
2. Applicants have invoked inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as "Cr.P.C.") with a prayer to quash the summoning order dated 12.05.2006 as well as further proceedings of Case No. 4504 of 2005, under Sections 325, 509, 498-A IPC and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate/ Civil Judge (Junior Division), Duddhi, Sonebhadra.
3. Learned counsel for applicants stated that parties have entered into compromise and they are ready and willing to file compromise before Court below.
4. If that be so, it is always open to applicants to move appropriate application before Court below, and Court below is directed to consider the same and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
5. With the aforesaid observation, the application is disposed of.
