Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 1932 of 2020, under Sections 313, 315, 326, 323, 504, 506, 386, 452 IPC, Police Station Sihanigate, District Ghaziabad.
The Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant bearing in mind the seriousness of the allegations which are levelled which includes that of the informant having been thrown out from the marital house and having been forced to undergo an abortion.
The application fails and is rejected.
