Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide application 6-C in Suit No. 403 of 2016 within a stipulated period.
In case any such application is still pending in the suit proceeding and the other side has already been served with notice of the proceeding and there is no legal impediment in deciding the same, the petitioners may move application by showing urgency for decision on the said application, upon which, it is expected that the court concerned shall endeavour to decide the same, expeditiously, without entertaining unnecessary adjournments from the parties.
