1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. This petition has been filed, praying for a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court no.24, Lucknow to decide Civil Suit No.552 of 2013 (Smt. Savita Sonkar vs. Surendra Kumar Srivastava), said to be pending before the respondent no.1 since 2013.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the last order on the order sheet dated 9.5.2019, the Court has remained vacant.
4. In view of the fact that the Court has remained vacant, no direction can be issued to respondent no.1 to decide the matter.
5. The petitioner is at liberty to move appropriate transfer application before the District Judge, Lucknow to consider the plight of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner and transfer the matter to the Court of the Presiding Officer to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law.
6. The writ petition is disposed of.
