This is the second correction application for correcting the order dated 22.5.2018.
The correction application is allowed.
"Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC & Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988" appearing in the 2nd-3rd line of 5th paragraph of the aforesaid order is deleted and the same shall be read as "Sections 120-B, read with 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act and under Section 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC".
