Petitioner is aggrieved with the order of transfer dated 22.7.2012 whereby the petitioner has been transferred within the same district from the Police Station Munshiganj, C.S.M. Nagar to Police Lines, C.S.M. Nagar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's wife is suffering from illness and is under treatment in the hospital situated at Munshiganj. He also claims some malafide against the transferring authority. However, upon perusal of the order of transfer, it appears that the same is general transfer order. Therefore, at this stage I do not find any malafide action of the transferring authority. So far as petitioner's wife's illness is concerned, considering the same, I hereby permit him to move a representation to the Superintendent of Police C.S.M. Nagar, who on receipt of the same shall consider and pass an order in the matter within a week.
Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of.
