The prayer made in this petition is with regard to stoppage of alleged misuse of public funds.
The petitioner has no personal interest in the litigation and therefore such a prayer can appropriately be addressed in a Public Interest Litigation.
In view of the above, this petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to institute a Public Interest Litigation petition.
