This writ petition has been filed to seek a direction for conclusion of the enquiry initiated by the respondents. A reference of the letter dated 18th August, 2021 has been given to show a decision for initiation of the enquiry.
In view of the above, as agreed by the learned counsel for the respondents, the enquiry would be completed without further delay and in any case no later than four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of.
