JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Om Prakash-VII,J.
Sri Surendra Kumar Sharma and Smt. Deep Shikha Sharma appeared in person along with their counsel filed joint affidavit in pursuance of the order dated 14.7.2014 stating therein the terms of the agreement. In the affidavit, it is stated that the appellant no. 1 shall pay a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (rupees eight lac) within one month.
List on 19.8.2014 in Chambers at 3-30 P.M. On that day, parties may file affidavit about the payment of amount.
