Heard Sri Surendra Kumar Saxena (in person) and Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the opposite party.
It is urged that pursuant to writ court order dated 17.09.2014 the opposite party passed an order on 16.01.2015 rejecting the claim of the applicant which was subject matter of challenge in a subsequent writ petition being Writ Petition No. 48618 of 2015, whereby, the order dated 16.01.2015 passed by the District Magistrate, Moradabad, was set aside and a direction was issued to pass a fresh order.
The Court is informed that fresh order pursuant to order dated 10.01.2018 has been passed by the opposite party on 28.05.2018, whereby, the claim of the applicant for appointment has again been rejected.
Applicant no. 1 (in person) submits that the applicants shall assail the order passed by the opposite party on 28.05.2018 in an appropriate proceedings.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is, accordingly, consigned to record.
Notice, if any, stands discharged.
