The petitioner, who is one of the plaintiffs in Original Suit No. 1012/2013 has filed the instant petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide the application for temporary injunction bearing paper No. 6C, expeditiously, within a time specified by this Court.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the injunction application is still pending and has not been disposed of.
Having regard to the said fact, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the injunction application expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
