Pursuant to the order passed on 24th August, 2018, an affidavit has been filed by the Director stating that petitioner and private respondent both have been transferred out of the primary health centre in question.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondent no.4 has been sent to a place, which is almost 35 Kms. away, and that vacancy exists at nearby places including at Unchigodam.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the respondent no.4 to represent in the matter before the Director, and in case any vacancy in nearby location exists, the third respondent would be at liberty to examine his suitability and to alter his posting in light of such request made.
