JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M.A.No.14218 (W) of 2012) This is an application for allowing the petitioner to withdraw the recall Application No.126424 of 2011.
The submission of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner is that due to mistake the Application No.126424 of 2011 for recalling the order dated 23.11.2011 has been filed. In fact, there is no order for dismissing the writ petition.
On due consideration, the application is allowed and the Application No.126424 of 2011 is dismissed as withdrawn.
