Sri Sudhanshu Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he seeks to press his relief only to the extent of raising a challenge to the order dated 29.11.2019 passed by District Judge, Agra in the Transfer Application No.1454/2019.
The order dated 29.11.2019 passed upon the transfer application states that the presumption which is sought to be drawn by the petitioner that the trial court would remain vacant for a long period of time does not have any basis and in view of the same the transfer application has been rejected.
Counsel for the petitioner has not been able to point out any material error or illegality in the aforesaid order so as to warrant interference in exercise of power under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
