Sri Vivek Ratan Agrawal, learned counsel for the respondents is present and has placed a copy of the judgement passed in one of the connected matters being Matter Under Article 227 No. 3507 of 2018 (Ramesh Chandra Garg vs. Estate Officer and another).
On the earlier occasion, the identical controversy was dismissed by the Court.
I have no reason to defer from the aforesaid judgement.
On the earlier occasion, case was adjourned only on the ground that the judgement and order dated 17.5.2018, which has been placed before this Court today, was not uploaded.
Accordingly, present petition also stands dismissed in the light of the aforesaid judgement and order dated 17.5.2018 passed in Matter Under Article 227 No. 3507 of 2018 (Ramesh Chandra Garg vs. Estate Officer and another).
No order as to costs.
