Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A., for the State of U.P.
This application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed to direct the court below to issue coercive process against the opposite party No. 2 (Sanjay Gupta) in Complaint Case No. 44 of 2013 (Surendra Katara Vs. Sanjay Gupta) under Section 500 IPC, Police Station Chatta, District Agra pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 12, Agra.
Learned counsel for the applicants contended that vide order dated 2.5.2018 bailable warrant has been issued against the opposite party No. 2 (Sanjay Gupta). Approximately one year has been lapsed till now.
Learned Magistrate is directed to get compliance of order dated 2.5.2018 as early as possible.
With the above observation, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., stands disposed of.
