Hon'ble S.C. Chaurasia,J.
It appears that the writ petition was heard by a Division Bench consisting of one of us (Hon'ble Mr. Justice Devi Prasad Singh) and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Vedpal on 11.11.2010. The Bench had directed to post the case on the next date for further hearing. Thereafter records were sent and affidavits were filed.
Sri D.K. Upadhya learned CSC submits that after hearing, the Court directed to submit written arguments.
